Terms of Service
These terms govern orders of Furnitoply mattresses and sofas sold on this website. Shipping, trials, and warranty are detailed on their own pages. Those pages control if a number here and a number there ever differ.
1. Agreement
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns, Refunds & Warranty.
The store is hosted by Shopify. Checkout, tax display, and payment processing also follow Shopify’s and the payment provider’s rules.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.
2. Who we sell to
We sell to adults buying for personal or household use at a street address in the contiguous United States. We do not sell to children. You confirm you can form a contract and that the payment method is yours to use.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO / DPO, lockers, and addresses outside the contiguous United States are not standard checkout destinations. Email support before you order if you need one of those.
3. Products
We sell compressed mattresses and sofas. They ship in a carton, need no assembly, and expand after you open the bag. Color, fabric nap, and photographs are as close as we can make them. Screens differ. A piece that is still expanding in the first 24–72 hours is packing, not a defect.
Sizes follow standard U.S. mattress labels (Twin, Full, Queen, King) and the sofa dimensions on each product page. Measure the door, stairs, and room before you order. Moving the carton from the threshold into the room is your work.
We may correct obvious pricing or description errors, limit quantities, and discontinue a product without notice.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and process payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an unserviceable address, a pricing error, or a stock issue. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original payment method.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Outbound shipping to an eligible contiguous-U.S. street address is free. Sales tax appears at checkout where we must collect it.
Promotions do not stack on one order unless we say so in writing. Current store offers — including two items for $50 off the order, a first-order amount-off, or a review code for a later order — follow the rules published with that offer. One promotional benefit per order is the default.
5. Shipping
We hand paid orders to FedEx within one business day. Transit inside the contiguous United States is typically 3–6 days. Delivery is doorstep / threshold only. There is no white-glove, stair carry, assembly, unpacking, or haul-away.
You may cancel or change the address at no charge until the order is marked shipped. After the first carrier scan, a stop is a return, not a cancellation.

6. Trials, returns, and refunds
Mattresses have a 100-night in-home trial. Sofas have a 100-day in-home trial. Both clocks start on the signed delivery / proof-of-delivery date, not the order date and not the ship date.
Unboxing, sitting, and sleeping are expected. Stains, pet damage, odors you caused, missing parts you discarded, and requests after the window are not eligible. Change-of-mind pickup is not free. Mattress pickup in the contiguous U.S. is a published flat fee. Sofa pickup is a published zone fee quoted before you confirm.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we arrange pickup at no charge when the claim is made on time with photos.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Bank timing is outside our control. Details and fees: Returns, Refunds & Warranty.
7. Warranty
After the trial, manufacturing defects in normal household use may be covered under the limited lifetime mattress warranty or the sofa lifetime-frame and timed-component coverage described on the returns and warranty page. Warranty is not a second trial. It does not cover wear, sun fade, pets, stains, misuse, or commercial use.
Site phrases such as “lifetime mattress” or “lifetime frame” mean those limited terms. They do not mean a free replacement for any reason.
8. Reviews and photos
If you submit a rating, text, photo, or video, you grant Furnitoply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that material on the site, in email, and in ads. You confirm the material is yours to share and does not show anyone who has not agreed to appear.
A photo-review discount, when offered, applies to a later order after the review is published. It does not change the order you just reviewed. Incentivized reviews should be disclosed as required by law.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think the account was used without you. Do not scrape the site, probe it, overload it, post malware, or use it to break the law. We may close an account or refuse service if these terms are broken.
10. Intellectual property
Furnitoply names, product images, layout, and copy on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for another store or listing. Product photographs you upload remain subject to section 8.
11. Third parties
FedEx, Shopify, payment providers, and review tools operate under their own terms. We are not those companies. A tracking delay, payment-bank hold, or review-platform outage is handled under their rules first; write to us if you need the order file.
12. Disclaimer and liability
The site and products are provided as described on the product page and in these policies. Except for the written trial and warranty, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed, Furnitoply and Subai Trading Co., Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places the limit is the maximum the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that bar is void.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of the U.S. state where you live still apply to you if they cannot be waived.
If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. Orders already accepted stay under the terms in force on the confirmation date, except where a later change is required by law.
